We are recruiting for a Sales Executive, Car Sales Executive, Vehicle Sales Executive or Automotive Sales Executive to join a busy dealership in Maidstone. Applicants must have previous sales or customer service experience, a proven ability to work towards targets and build customer relationships, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK. Previous automotive sales experience is advantageous but not essential.

Salary: £24,000 basic + bonus, OTE: £60,000+

Hours: Monday - Saturday, Day off in the week, Sundays on rota

Role:

  • Guide customers through the complete vehicle sales journey from enquiry to handover
  • Prospect for new customers by telephone and through events
  • Manage sales enquiries and maintain consistent customer follow-up
  • Achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience
  • Strong communication, listening and relationship-building skills
  • Confident prospecting for new customers and closing sales opportunities
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Previous automotive or car sales experience is advantageous but not essential
