We are looking for a customer-focused and motivated Parts Advisor to join our successful team at Lexus Edgware. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with automotive industry experience who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.

What You'll Do:
- Provide excellent customer service to retail customers and support the workshop with parts requirements
- Identify, source, and supply vehicle parts accurately using dealership systems
- Handle parts enquiries professionally over the phone, via email, and face-to-face
- Process customer orders efficiently while maintaining high levels of accuracy
- Receive, check, and organise incoming stock deliveries
- Maintain accurate stock records and support regular inventory checks
- Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Contribute towards departmental gross profit targets
