We have a new vacancy for a Sales Controller for my client’s site in Basingstoke. You’ll join a strong dealer group renowned for exceptional customer service and business growth, and you will oversee the sales team to consistently drive performance and exceed targets. We are seeking an outstanding Sales Controller with proven success.

Role Overview

  • Lead and inspire the sales team—providing motivation, coaching, and development—to deliver outstanding results
  • Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, manage vehicle part exchanges, and assist with second face customer interactions when needed
  • Ensure an excellent customer experience by overseeing Sales Executives and coordinating test drives effectively

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Controller or Senior Sales role in a main-dealer environment; high-performing sales executives looking to step up will also be considered.
  • FCA accreditation is essential.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a focus on customer service and efficiency.
