Service Technician Overview

A high-performing aftersales team in Worcester is seeking a skilled and qualified Service Technician to join their modern, well-equipped workshop. This is an excellent opportunity for a Service Technician who wants to develop their technical abilities, work with cutting-edge tools and benefit from ongoing manufacturer training. Youll be part of a supportive team that values quality, safety and professional growth.

Service Technician Responsibilities:

  • Carry out servicing and maintenance across a range of vehicles
  • Complete diagnostic, warranty and repair work to high standards
  • Perform vehicle maintenance tasks including oil changes and cambelt replacements
  • Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs)
  • Complete digital write-ups and job cards accurately

Requirements:

  • Service Technician Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent)
  • Previous experience as a Service Technician or Mechanic
  • Strong teamwork skills and commitment to safety and quality
  • MOT licence beneficial (training available if not yet qualified)
  • Eagerness to learn and progress through manufacturer accreditation
