We have a new role as a Customer Service Advisor to join our clients retail centre in Grantham. This is a customer facing role dealing with people mainly face to face but also over the phone. All you need to be applicable for this position is a passion for customer service, and at least 1 years experience dealing with customers F2F.
Our client is offering an excellent salary, great benefits, full training, progression and even bonus!
- Basic: £30,000
- OTE: £36,000
- Shift and schedule: Monday to Friday 08:30 and 17:30 (Set day off in the week), Saturdays 08:30 - 16:00
- Location: Grantham

Job Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Own the complete in-centre customer journey from arrival through to departure and future bookings
- Be honest with the customer about what services/products their vehicle needs
- Act as the single point of contact for the customer during their visit, ensuring seamless hand-offs to the workshop team
- Deliver outstanding, consistent, and memorable service
- Proactively manage customer expectations, handle queries professionally, and resolve enquiries and complaints with care and speed
- Maintain impeccable front-of-house standards at all times
What we need:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing position
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and honestly (training provided)
- Real passion for customer service
- Ability to learn and retain detailed product knowledge (full training provided)
- Resilient, adaptable, and calm under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
- Collaborative team player who supports colleagues and shares knowledge
- High integrity and commitment to ethical selling, comfortable saying no when it is the right thing for the customer
- No driving licence required
