Location: Lincoln

Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 Basic + OTE £49,500

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, Saturdays on a rota

The Role:

As a Vehicle Technician, your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of vehicles
  • Diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults
  • Completing warranty work in line with manufacturer standards
  • Conducting vehicle health checks and identifying additional work where required
  • Carrying out MOT testing duties (if qualified)
  • Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership or independent garage
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
