This is working for one of the UK’s largest car dealership groups, operating since 1908 with over 50 branches nationwide. They are an official franchised dealer for many of the country’s top car and commercial vehicle brands, including Ford, Kia, Mazda, and Vauxhall.

Franchise Marketing Manager Role
Lead the end-to-end development and execution of email campaigns, including concept creation, collaboration with designers, audience segmentation, and delivering tailored communications to drive impactful engagement.
Design detailed customer journey flows with actionable trigger points to increase engagement and conversion. Collaborate closely with the experienced Marketing Manager to implement automated communication workflows.
Develop and deliver customer lifecycle engagement campaigns, including promotions, seasonal initiatives, and automated communications.
Optimise content across all digital platforms in line with brand style and tone of voice—including organic social media, email, blogs, news, tools, video, audio, and other digital assets.
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, customer communications, or engagement strategy.
Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for tone, grammar, and brand voice.
Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
A proactive and creative mindset, with the ability to analyse performance metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly.
