Role Overview As an Aftersales Advisor, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, manage customer enquiries, coordinate repairs, and resolve complaints with empathy and efficiency. What Were Looking For as an aftersales advisor

  • Strong customer service background (motor trade experience advantageous but not necessary)
  • Excellent telephone, PC, and administration skills
  • Complaint handling
  • Confident, personable, and able to build long-term relationships
  • Clear communicator, able to explain complex information simply
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-driven
