You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality SMART repairs, paintwork and minor body repairs, ensuring every vehicle meets a high standard of finish. As a SMART Repair Technician, your responsibilities will include: Carrying out SMART repairs and cosmetic refinishing Completing minor body repairs and paintwork Panel preparation, including sanding, masking and priming Colour matching using modern paint systems Delivering manufacturer-standard paint finishes Managing your mobile van, equipment and stock Organising your own workload and working independently Maintaining excellent standards of workmanship and attention to detailAbout YouWe’re looking for a SMART Repair Technician who takes pride in their work and can deliver consistently high-quality results.
