What You'll Do: Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire vehicle purchasing journey
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable new and used Toyota vehicles
Promote finance, insurance, and value-added products
Achieve individual sales and profitability targets
Maintain accurate customer records using dealership systems
Ensure vehicles are presented to the highest standard for customer handover
Represent the Toyota brand with professionalism and enthusiasm as a Car Sales Executive
What We're Looking For: Previous main dealer sales experience is essential
A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service
Strong consultative selling, communication, and relationship-building skills
A motivated, target-driven approach with a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
Full UK driving licence
