Service Advisor – Gatwick
We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, Service Receptionist or Automotive Service Advisor to join an established main dealership in Gatwick. Applicants must have previous automotive Service Advisor experience, excellent customer service and communication skills, and the right to work in the UK. No specific formal qualification has been stipulated.

Location: Gatwick, West Sussex
Salary: £32,000 basic + bonus, OTE £38,000
Hours: 42 hours per week, Monday–Friday shifts between 8:00am–6:00pm, plus Saturday mornings on a rota

Service Advisor Role Book vehicles in for MOTs, servicing and repairs
Manage telephone, online and face-to-face customer enquiries
Advise customers on warranty cover and relevant additional products
Coordinate service bookings with the workshop and Aftersales department
Keep customers updated on repair progress and completion times
Explain technical information clearly and professionally
Maintain accurate customer records and dealership booking systems
Service Advisor Requirements Previous experience as an automotive Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor – essential
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisation and ability to manage a busy workload
Confidence explaining vehicle servicing and repair requirements
Good administration and computer skills
Ability to work effectively within a busy aftersales team
Right to work in the UK
Experience using Kerridge, ADP or similar dealership management systems would be advantageous but is not essential.
