Salary: £20,000 basic + OTE up to £65,000
Guaranteed commission paid while on annual leave.
Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 18:00 (with a set day off in the week), Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00, 1 in 3 Sundays: 10:00 – 16:00

We’re growing our team at Toyota Bromley and looking for an enthusiastic Car Sales Executive to help drive our volume sales performance. What You’ll Do:
Engage customers in the showroom, by phone, and online to understand their needs
Recommend suitable vehicles, finance packages, and add-ons to create a complete solution
Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry to handover and post-sale follow-up
Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets (average of 15 vehicles per month)
Ensure every customer receives a first-class experience and professional support
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, including hybrid and electric vehicle options
Accurately complete paperwork and system entries to support a seamless transaction
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in car sales is essential, ideally in a volume dealership environment
Proven ability to meet targets and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A proactive, energetic, and professional approach
Well-organised with strong attention to detail
A full UK driving licence is required
Confident in using CRM and dealer systems (training provided)
