The predicted salary is between 34000 - 37500 £ per year.

Location: Bournemouth

Salary: up to £33,000 basic, £38,000 OTE

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:30am - 4pm (with day off in week)

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Centre Manager to join our clients workshop based in Bournemouth. Supporting the Centre Manager, you will help deliver the company’s business objectives through effective day-to-day management of the Centre. You will lead by example, maintain high operational and customer service standards, and take an active role in customer interaction and team coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver company business objectives through efficient Centre management
  • Maintain strong internal controls and operational excellence
  • Ensure customers are served promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a clean, organised and professional Centre environment
  • Review business performance regularly to ensure targets are met
  • Control Centre costs within budget
  • Follow brand strategy to maximise profit margins and supplier support
  • Reduce waste and manage consumables efficiently
  • Allocate work effectively to maximise team productivity
  • Ensure daily takings are checked, secured and banked within required timescales
  • Assisting Vehicle Technicians with Vehicle Maintenance when required

Requirements:

  • Applicants must have a proven track record in an Automotive Assistant Manager
  • City & Guilds or NVQ, or other relevant technical qualifications
  • Applicants must have a full UK driving license
