Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm, no weekends
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warranty Administrator for our client's busy main dealership in the Chippenham area. Warranty Administrator role:
As Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for the accurate submission and processing of manufacturer warranty claims while ensuring all claims comply with manufacturer standards and dealership procedures.
- Submitting warranty claims promptly
- Reviewing repair documentation for accuracy
- Liaising with technicians, service advisors and the manufacturer
- Monitoring outstanding claims
- Resolving rejected submissions
- Maintaining accurate warranty records
- Supporting the aftersales team by ensuring warranty compliance
- Assisting with audits
- Helping maximise warranty revenue while minimising financial risk to the business
This is a key administrative position within the aftersales department, requiring excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Warranty Administrator requirements:
- Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator within a franchised main dealership is essential
- Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty processes and compliance requirements
- Excellent administration, organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work accurately under pressure while meeting manufacturer deadlines
- Experience using dealer management systems such as Kerridge, Keyloop DRIVE, Pinnacle or similar
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across the aftersales department
- Previous experience working with premium or volume automotive brands would be advantageous
