A modern, well‑equipped Bodyshop is looking for an experienced Panel Technician with strong MET capability to join a high‑performing repair centre using the latest tools and technology.
The Role Complete a full range of panel repairs, including structural panel work, alignment, replacement and strip/refit.
Carry out MET tasks such as removing, refitting and testing mechanical, electrical and trim components.
Handle both major repairs (panel replacement, door/bumper strip & refit) and smaller cosmetic work (dent removal, scratch repair, refinishing).
Work closely with estimators, painters and workshop leadership to maintain efficient workflow.
Meet and exceed assessed repair timelines while maintaining accuracy, safety and manufacturer standards.
What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Panel Technician, ideally within a dealership or established Bodyshop.
Confident MET capability with solid understanding of mechanical, electrical and trim removal/refit.
Strong attention to detail with a process‑driven, quality‑first approach.
Reliable, safety‑focused team player who values a clean, organised workshop.
Someone committed to high standards and keen to develop through ongoing training.
