We are currently recruiting for an experienced Centre Manager to join a well-established automotive fast-fit business in the Weymouth area. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader from a fast-fit / automotive service background to take full responsibility for a busy, high-performing site.

The Role:
As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the site, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong financial results, and smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll lead a team of 12 staff (10 productive), driving both performance and engagement. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the daily operations of the centre to achieve business targets
- Delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high standards
- Leading, motivating, and developing a team of technicians and front-of-house staff
- Driving sales performance and maximising revenue opportunities
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
- Managing stock control, costs, and overall centre profitability
- Monitoring performance and implementing improvements where needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Centre Manager / Assistant Manager within a fast-fit or automotive environment
