Key Responsibilities of the Service Advisor
- Welcome customers and book their vehicles in for scheduled or unscheduled servicing
- Provide updates on vehicle progress with professionalism and a friendly approach
- Support the aftersales team, including workshop controllers, and assist the Service Manager with daily operations
- Manage customer expectations and build long-lasting relationships
- Upsell additional products and services to new and existing customers
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is essential
- Full UK driving licence
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
