We are seeking a qualified vehicle technician (Level 3 or equivalent) who is also eager to be fast tracked to their MOT Testing license to join a busy, modern workshop environment in Grays.
This is a fast-paced role where you will work as part of a supportive aftersales team, using your technical expertise on everything from routine servicing to complex diagnostic work. As a vehicle technician, you'll play a key role in delivering high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Your weekday role will include:
- Completing scheduled servicing in line with manufacturer standards
- Carrying out diagnostics to identify and resolve vehicle issues
- Conducting electronic visual health checks with clear recommendations
- Liaising with service advisors and customers, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Continuing to develop your technical knowledge through training
What we're looking for:
- Ideally hold a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) and a full UK driving licence
- Previous main dealer experience is essential
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organisation and time management
- Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers
- Willing to be fast tracked towards MOT testing qualifications
