We are currently recruiting for an experienced Centre Manager to join a well-established automotive fast-fit business in the Trowbridge area. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader from a fast-fit / automotive service background to take full responsibility for a busy, high-performing site.

The Role:
As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the site, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong financial results, and smooth day-to-day operations. You'll lead a team of 12 staff (10 productive), driving both performance and engagement.
