Location:Lexus Croydon, London

Salary:Β£20,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE Β£55,000-Β£60,000)

Hours:Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 18:00 (with one fixed weekday off), every Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00, 1 in 3 Sundays: 10:00 – 16:00

What You\’ll Do

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and finance packages
  • Present and explain add-on products such as service plans, insurance, and accessories
  • Guide customers through the entire buying process from enquiry to handover
  • Maintain accurate customer records on internal systems
  • Follow up with new and existing customers to maximise future sales
  • Achieve personal and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and manufacturer standards
  • Deliver a five-star customer experience from first contact to aftersales support

What We\’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Car Sales Executiveis essential
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, professional, and enthusiastic approach
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working towards targets in a fast-paced environment
  • A full UK driving licence is required
