We have a new opportunity in the Canterbury area for a Vehicle Technician to join our client's highly reputable main dealership. This role suits a Vehicle Technician who is looking for a long-term challenge and who is also keen on long-term progression as this is something our client prides themselves in.

Role

  • Carry out servicing and maintenance on a range of vehicles, including diagnostic, warranty and repair work
  • Complete a variety of maintenance tasks, from oil changes to cambelt replacements
  • Use digital write-ups and complete accurate job cards
  • Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs)
  • Maintain high levels of workmanship, efficiency and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively within a busy workshop environment

Requirements

  • Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent)
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Own Tools
  • MOT Licence advantageous but not essential
