We are recruiting for an experienced Panel Beater, Bodyshop Technician or Automotive Panel Technician to join a busy accident repair centre in Bury St Edmunds. Applicants must have previous panel beating experience within an automotive bodyshop or accident repair environment, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.
Location: Bury St Edmunds
Salary: £42,000 Basic
OTE: £47,000 Uncapped
Hours: Flexible 40-hour working week

Panel Beater Role
- Repair and reshape damaged vehicle panels
- Replace and repair structural components to required standards
- Align vehicle panels accurately following repair work
- Complete repairs efficiently in line with Thatcham repair times
- Work to BSI 10125 Kitemark requirements
- Maintain high standards of workmanship throughout each repair
- Follow Health & Safety procedures and use appropriate PPE
Panel Beater Requirements
- Previous experience as a Panel Beater, Bodyshop Technician or Automotive Panel Technician
- Experience working within an automotive bodyshop or accident repair centre
- Ability to complete high-quality panel repairs within required timescales
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of an experienced bodyshop team
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK
