We are currently recruiting for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join a main dealer site in Bristol. This exceptional opportunity is ideal for a seasoned Used Car Sales Manager, or a Business Manager looking to step up and lead a dynamic sales department.

Role
- Manage and motivate the Sales Executive team to achieve strong monthly performance through structured coaching, sales processes, and professional development
- Ensure exceptional customer service while maximising sales and profit per unit, working closely with the finance team to deliver the best deal options
- Oversee used vehicle stock levels, ensuring the department meets market demand with the right product mix
- Maintain and ensure all online adverts meet company and manufacturer standards and guidelines
Requirements
- Previous experience as Sales Manager or within the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of used vehicle sales fundamentals
- Proven success in running larger sales teams and delivering targets
- Full UK driving licence
