Workshop Controller Role:
- Allocate work efficiently among technicians to maximise workshop productivity and ensure timely & high-quality job completion
- Monitor job progress, review job cards, and ensure accurate job timing for costing purposes
- Manage all warranty and additional work procedures, ensuring correct documentation and customer authorisations
- Maintain agreed service levels and ensure the smooth daily running of the workshop
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers to ensure consistent service delivery
- Supervise and support workshop staff, providing leadership, addressing performance issues, and escalating concerns as necessary
