We are recruiting for an experienced
Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or Automotive Service Advisor
to join a busy main dealership in Oxford. Applicants must have previous automotive Service Advisor or Aftersales experience, hold a
Full UK Driving Licence
and have the
right to work in the UK .
Location:
Oxford Salary: Up to £30,000 basic OTE:
£36,000 Hours:
Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings on a rota Ref:

Manage customers throughout the vehicle service and repair process Book vehicles into the workshop and schedule work efficiently Provide accurate servicing and repair estimates, including costs and timescales Keep customers updated on vehicle progress and completion times Liaise with Vehicle Technicians and the Workshop Controller Recommend additional repairs, maintenance, parts and services where appropriate Maintain high levels of customer service while achieving Aftersales targets Service Advisor Requirements
Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or Automotive Service Advisor within the automotive industry Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload Confident working towards sales and customer service targets Full UK Driving Licence Right to work in the UK How to Apply
