About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bodyshop Manager to lead our busy and high-performing accident repair centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations within the bodyshop β ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all workshop activities, ensuring high-quality repairs and timely delivery.
Supervise and support a team of panel beaters, painters, and estimators.
Monitor productivity, quality, and compliance with health & safety standards.
Liaise with insurance companies, suppliers, and customers professionally and effectively.
Prepare and manage estimates, job cards, and repair authorisations.
Control budgets, workshop targets, and profit margins.
Ensure all work meets manufacturer and insurer standards.
Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve any issues promptly.Requirements
Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager, Workshop Controller, or similar leadership role within an accident repair environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Sound technical understanding of body repair and paint processes.
Ability to manage workloads, meet deadlines, and maximise workshop efficiency.
Experience using bodyshop management systems (e.g. Audatex, Autoflow, or similar) is desirable.
