We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanic to join our client’s reputable site in Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a range of light commercial vehicles. This role requires a solid understanding of automotive systems and the ability to use diagnostic tools and software to resolve complex issues.
Mechanic Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair faults across engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems
- Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, brake inspections, and tyre rotations
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of work carried out and parts used
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and solutions
