We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Service Advisor, Automotive Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor to join a busy independent garage in Beckenham. Applicants must have strong automotive aftersales experience, be confident managing a high volume of customer enquiries, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.
Job Details:
- Location: Beckenham
- Salary: £35,000–£40,000 basic DOE + Annual Performance Bonus
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm, plus 1 in 2 Saturdays, 8:00am–12:30pm
- Reference: 31244

Role:
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls and service enquiries
- Provide customers with accurate quotations for servicing and repair work
- Order parts and ensure availability for scheduled workshop jobs
- Allocate work efficiently to Vehicle Technicians
- Provide experienced support across reception and customer-facing operations
- Coordinate customer requirements, parts and workshop workloads
- Take on additional responsibilities as the role develops
Requirements:
- Previous Senior Service Advisor or strong automotive Service Advisor experience
- Good knowledge of automotive Aftersales and workshop operations
- Confident managing a high volume of customer calls and enquiries
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience preparing quotations and ordering automotive parts
- Ability to organise and allocate work to Vehicle Technicians
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK
