You’ll join a strong dealer group renowned for exceptional customer service and business growth, and you will oversee the sales team to consistently drive performance and exceed targets. Role Overview
- Lead and inspire the sales team—providing motivation, coaching, and development—to deliver outstanding results
- Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, manage vehicle part exchanges, and assist with second face customer interactions when needed
- Ensure an excellent customer experience by overseeing Sales Executives and coordinating test drives effectively
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Controller or Senior Sales role in a main-dealer environment; high-performing sales executives looking to step up will also be considered.
