Our client who is one of the UK's fastest growing fast-fit automotive businesses, are currently looking for a Vehicle Technician based at their retail centre in Maidstone. As a Vehicle Technician you would be responsible for reviewing work on customers' vehicles, completing a wide range of fast fit mechanical work and light and full-service work.
Salary: £34,000 to £38,000 OTE: Uncapped and realistic £3,600
Shift and schedule: 08:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday; Saturdays 08:30 – 16:00 on a rota with a day off in the week.

Vehicle Technician Responsibilities:
- Light and full-service work
- Fast fit duties such as replacing and repairing brakes, exhausts, car batteries, suspension parts
- Operating precision wheel alignment machinery, interpreting readings, and completing accurate adjustments
- Carrying out precise tyre diagnostics, fast-fit replacements, and repairs across various vehicle makes
- Working with the rest of the workshop to achieve targets
- Work as a team with the other Vehicle Technicians
To be a Vehicle Technician you will need:
- Valid UK driving licence – Essential
- Experience working as a Vehicle Technician (no qualifications needed)
- Have a passion for the Automotive industry and want to develop further
- Want to learn and develop your knowledge of Hybrid cars
