Assistant Parts Manager
Location : Heathrow
Salary : £33k-38k DOE Bonus up to £6k – OTE £44k (We do not provide sponsorship)
Basic hours are 42.5 per week Monday to Friday. Occasional Saturday mornings may be required paid at 1.5

This role suits an Assistant Parts Manager from a dealership background as the role will be fast paced andadditionally it will be heavily focused on dealing with commercial vehicles.

Assistant Parts ManagerResponsibilities:
Supervising a team of Parts Advisors whilst also working closely with the Parts Manager toensure that the department is performing to the highest standards.

  • Lead, coach, and manage the Parts Advisors to achieve and exceed all parts sales, profit, and performance targets all brands.
  • Take direct responsibility for maximizing sales opportunities through proactive promotion of parts, accessories, and upselling.
  • Ensure the department consistently delivers exceptional customer service, driverevenue growth, and supportthe overall objectives of the dealership.

Assistant Parts ManagerRequirements:
Must have experience in Parts, preferably from a dealership background as the role is fastpaced.
Knowledge of Kerridge or Pinnacle would be advantageous.
Full UK Driving License.
