Location : Heathrow
Salary : £33k-38k DOE Bonus up to £6k – OTE £44k (We do not provide sponsorship)

Assistant Parts ManagerResponsibilities:
Supervising a team of Parts Advisors whilst also working closely with the Parts Manager toensure that the department is performing to the highest standards.
- Lead, coach, and manage the Parts Advisors to achieve and exceed all parts sales, profit, and performance targets all brands.
- Take direct responsibility for maximizing sales opportunities through proactive promotion of parts, accessories, and upselling.
- Ensure the department consistently delivers exceptional customer service, driverevenue growth, and supportthe overall objectives of the dealership.
Assistant Parts ManagerRequirements:
Must have experience in Parts, preferably from a dealership background as the role is fastpaced.
Knowledge of Kerridge or Pinnacle would be advantageous.
Full UK Driving License.
