Use diagnostic equipment and technical processes to identify faults and complete effective repairs across routine and more complex work. Carry out electronic vehicle health checks and report findings clearly to support customer decisions and workshop efficiency. Complete service records, digital checklists and repair documentation in line with company and manufacturer procedures. Handle, fit and store parts, components, lubricants and consumables correctly and safely. Work professionally with Service Advisors, workshop control and colleagues to deliver high-quality workmanship, first-time fixes and a positive customer experience.
