Location: Watford

Salary: up to £29,000 basic per annum, plus bonus, OTE £39,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:30am to 4:00pm

We are recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our client in Watford. In this role, you will be an essential link between the workshop, service team and customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient parts supply process. You will help maintain high customer satisfaction levels by providing accurate advice, professional guidance and timely support. This position offers a great environment for someone who enjoys a fast paced, customer focused role and wants to grow within a supportive team. Responsibilities
  • Ensuring customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and professional manner
  • Locating parts and accessories from stock or ordering from suppliers
  • Answering customer enquiries accurately and promptly
  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate stock records and inventories
  • Ensuring the parts store is kept tidy and organised
  • Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the motor industry
  • Full driving licence
  • Good knowledge of motor parts and accessories
  • Computer literacy and working knowledge of databases
