A long-established, family-run automotive group in East Anglia is looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead a successful aftersales team at a modern dealership site. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of Service Advisors and Technicians
  • Ensure customer satisfaction remains at the highest level, reflected in strong CSI performance
  • Maintain excellent relationships with manufacturer partners and ensure full compliance
  • Monitor and manage departmental KPIs, ensuring targets are achieved and profitability is maximised
  • Drive performance with ambition, aiming to be a top-performing site in all key categories
  • Create a positive, supportive environment where the team feels empowered, valued and productive
  • Focus on both customer retention and new business opportunities through proactive, innovative approaches

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ automotive management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Motivated, proactive, and commercially aware
  • Full UK driving licence required
