A respected, nationwide automotive retail group is seeking a driven Service Manager / Aftersales Manager to lead its aftersales operations at a busy Coventry dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious leader with strong workshop and service management experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading, managing, and developing the workshop, service, and parts teams

  • Increasing workshop utilisation, productivity, and overall efficiency

  • Working closely with senior leadership to enhance overall site performance
  • Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and adherence to brand standards

  • Previous experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Aftersales Manager
