Service Advisor Duties
• Greet and assist customers when they arrive for scheduled and unscheduled servicing and repairs, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Book vehicles into the workshop, maintain regular updates to customers throughout the service process.
• Support the after-sales function by working closely with workshop controllers and assisting the Service Manager in the efficient running of a busy department.
• Manage customer expectations professionally, ensuring transparent communication and a high level of service at every touchpoint.
• Upsell additional products and services to both new and returning customers, contributing to departmental growth.
Key Requirements
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a car dealership, bodyshop, or independent garage.
• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to work weekends.
