This Roadside Technician position is working for one of the UK's leading vehicle breakdown companies who provide a first-class service to thousands of customers. - Working closely with the breakdown team you will be tasked with attending breakdowns to diagnose issues they have.
- Working on the vehicles to ideally get them back on the road otherwise making sure the vehicle goes back to the workshop.
- Identifying problems and advising the customer on the vehicle's issues.
- Vehicle servicing & general maintenance including electrical & vehicle diagnostics.
- Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician are the face of the business so it's important you deliver exceptional Customer Service.
- We ideally want Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair however, we would consider Level 2 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- Open to equivalent qualifications such as City and Guilds Vehicle Maintenance, IMI or NVQ.
- Must be able to show your qualifications.
- Minimum 3 years experience within the vehicle workshop or working as a Mobile Vehicle Technician.
- A full UK driving licence - no more than 6 points or bans on the licence.
- Ability to demonstrate technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
