Should you be successful in securing the role as a Roadside Technician, you will be working for one of the UK's leading vehicle breakdown companies who provide a first‑class service to thousands of customers. - Work closely with the breakdown team to attend breakdowns, diagnose issues and perform vehicle repairs to get them back on the road.
- Identify problems and advise customers on vehicle issues.
- Perform vehicle servicing and general maintenance, including electrical work and vehicle diagnostics.
- Deliver exceptional customer service as the face of the business.
- Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair preferred; Level 2 or equivalent qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, IMI, NVQ) will also be considered – proof of qualifications required.
- Minimum of 3 years experience within a vehicle workshop or as a Mobile Vehicle Technician.
- A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points or bans.
- Demonstrable technical, electrical and diagnostic experience.
