About the Role

Join the team that keeps the UK moving. As a Roadside Technician, you’ll receive:

  • A competitive base salary of £35,000 and a realistic OTE of £60,000, with top performers earning significantly more through bonuses and enhanced overtime rates

What You’ll Need

  • Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
  • Strong technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
  • A customer‑focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence

What You’ll Do

  • Mechanical roadside repairs
  • Vehicle diagnostics
  • Emergency breakdown support across the UK

From flat batteries and tyre changes to complex fault‑finding, you’ll deliver quick, confident solutions and reassurance when drivers need it most. You’ll start and end your day at home, tackling varied challenges and making a real impact on the roadside by combining technical expertise with outstanding customer service.

You’ll be fully equipped from day one with a branded van, fuel card, uniform, essential tools, and diagnostic equipment.
