We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Parts Supervisor to support the day‑to‑day running of a busy Parts Department within a leading automotive dealership in Wolverhampton. Working closely with the Parts Manager, you’ll help coordinate the team, maintain accurate stock control, and ensure a fast, professional service to the workshop and external trade/retail customers. You’ll also help keep the department compliant with internal processes, brand standards, and health and safety requirements. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll lead by example, supporting the team during peak periods and helping to resolve customer queries quickly and professionally.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Receiving, checking, and correctly storing stock on a daily basis
- Picking, packing, and dispatching parts and orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining departmental records and ensuring filing systems are kept up to date
- Ordering parts and accessories under the guidance of the Service Manager
- Delivering excellent customer service through professional, efficient handling
- Ensuring all company policies and operating standards are consistently followed
