Used Car Sales Manager / Used Vehicle Sales Manager / Sales Controller role for a leading automotive retailer, working as part of a busy dealership team to support customers through their vehicle purchase.
Must have the right to work in the UK. Full UK driving licence required.
Location: Aylesbury
Pay / salary: Up to £60,000 per annum, plus commissions, OTE £80,000 per annum
Job type: Permanent / full-time role
Shift and schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week, Monday to Saturday rota

Skills and experience
- Previous experience in used car sales management, sales control or a similar automotive leadership role is required.
- Strong understanding of used vehicle sales processes, lead management, negotiation, closing, stock management and performance targets.
Job Responsibilities for the Used Car Sales Manager role:
- Lead the used car sales operation, managing the full sales process from enquiry through to handover
- Set, monitor and drive sales targets, conversion rates, margins, stock turn and other key performance indicators
- Coach, support and motivate the sales team to deliver a first-class customer experience and achieve agreed objectives
- Manage used vehicle stock, pricing, advertising and presentation standards across the forecourt and online platforms
- Support customer enquiries, negotiations, part-exchange valuations, finance introductions and compliant sales processes
- Work closely with the General Manager and wider dealership departments to maximise used car volume, profitability and customer satisfaction
