We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established and highly regarded specialist automotive business in Kenilworth.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills and a good mechanical understanding of vehicles and parts. You’ll be working within a specialist automotive environment, dealing with prestigious classic and period vehicles and supporting customers throughout servicing, restoration, parts and vehicle sales enquiries.

  • - Monday to Friday only – NO WEEKENDS
  • - Work with rare, classic and prestigious vehicles

This isn’t your typical dealership Customer Service Advisor position. You’ll be working in a specialist environment where the quality of the vehicles and the level of customer service are extremely important.

You’ll work closely with the General Manager, workshop teams, suppliers and customers, giving you exposure to different areas of the operation. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys cars and wants more variety than a traditional service desk role.

Customer Service Advisor Role As a Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • - Handling customer enquiries regarding servicing, restoration, parts and vehicle sales
  • - Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicles
  • - Supporting both workshops with customer liaison and communication
  • - Organising the collection and delivery of customer vehicles using the company transporter
  • - Liaising with suppliers and chasing parts and external services
  • - Supporting the General Manager with day-to-day administration
  • - Handling routine Health & Safety and British Standards administration
  • - Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle information
  • - Delivering a professional and knowledgeable service throughout the customer journey

Customer Service Advisor Requirements

  • - Previous customer service, service advisor or automotive administration experience
  • - Good mechanical knowledge of vehicles and parts
  • - Automotive industry experience is highly desirable
  • - Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • - Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • - Confident liaising with customers, suppliers and workshop teams
  • - Self-motivated, reliable and able to work as part of a team
  • - An interest in classic, specialist or prestige vehicles would be advantageous

This Customer Service Advisor role would suit someone from a dealership, independent garage, specialist workshop, parts or wider automotive background who wants a varied position with excellent Monday-to-Friday working hours.
