Job Title: Market Area Accountant β Toyota
Location: Bracknell (with regular travel to Reading)

Are you a qualified accountant with strong commercial insight and a passion for driving financial performance? Jemca Car Group is seeking a Market Area Accountant to support our Toyota Bracknell and Reading sites. This is a key leadership finance role with responsibility for accurate management reporting, forecasting, and business partnering with operational teams.

What Youβll Do:
β Prepare and present monthly management accounts to strict deadlines (within 3 working days of month end)
β Deliver robust forecasts, variance analysis, and key performance commentary to operational management
β Oversee vehicle and parts stock checks (monthly and biannual) and ensure accuracy of records
β Work closely with the General Managers and Heads of Business as a trusted finance partner
β Lead and manage an accounts team including an Accounts Supervisor and junior team members
β Respond to finance queries from internal stakeholders across both sites
β Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and audit requirements
β Support budget planning and strategic reviews for both Bracknell and Reading operations
What Weβre Looking For:
β Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
β Proven experience in management accounting, forecasting, and month-end reporting
β Strong communication and business partnering skills β able to influence and support non-finance managers
β Experience overseeing audits, stock checks, and ensuring financial accuracy
β Commercial mindset with excellent attention to detail
β Automotive industry experience is strongly preferred
β Comfortable working across multiple sites with some travel between locations
β Not suitable for newly qualified or practice-only candidates β must be commercially experienced
β A confident team leader able to manage and support a small accounts team
