Days – Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm, Saturday mornings on a rota

Automotive Service Advisor Role:

• Meet and greet customers bringing their vehicles to the car dealership for scheduled & non-scheduled servicing and repairs.
• Book customer vehicles into the workshop and keep them up to date on the progress.
• Support the after‑sales function and various staff members in different departments.
• Upsell any additional products to new and existing customers.

Automotive Service Advisor Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence
• 1+ years experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (Main dealership experience is ideal but not essential)
