We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor, Automotive Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or Senior Service Advisor to join a busy automotive service department in Peterborough. Applicants must have previous automotive Service Advisor experience, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.
Location: Peterborough
OTE: Up to £40,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, plus 1 in 2 Saturdays (morning until 12:00pm)

- Act as the main point of contact throughout the customer service journey
- Keep customers updated on repair progress and completion times
- Liaise with Vehicle Technicians and the Workshop Controller
- Explain additional repair work and maintenance recommendations
- Prepare accurate job cards, invoices and customer documentation
- Deliver excellent customer service while achieving Aftersales targets
- Previous automotive Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor experience (essential)
- Experience within a main dealership or automotive service environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload
- Confident using automotive service and booking systems
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK
