Parts Advisor
Location: Huddersfield
Salary: £26,250 basic Plus Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8am – 12:30pm.

I am currently seeking a Parts Advisor to join our client in Huddersfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a family-run company with a great environment, performance incentives, and benefits.

Parts Advisor key responsibilities:

– Answering customer enquiries accurately and promptly
– Locating parts and accessories from stock or ordering from suppliers
– Ensuring customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and professional manner
– Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
– Maintaining accurate stock records and inventories
– Ensuring the parts store is kept tidy and organised
– Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers
– Communicating effectively with colleagues and customers
– Regularly updating the parts database
– Providing excellent customer service

Parts Advisor skills required:

– Proven experience in a similar role in the motor trade is ideal but not essential
– Experience within the motor trade is preferred; vehicle technicians looking to move off the tools are encouraged to apply
– Full driving licence
