What Youβll Do:
β Greet all visitors to the showroom, creating a warm and professional first impression
β Manage the customer waiting area and ensure it is clean, welcoming, and well-presented
β Answer and direct incoming calls and enquiries
β Assist with booking appointments and keeping the showroom diary up to date
β Support the sales and service teams with day-to-day customer needs
β Help coordinate test drives and vehicle handovers
β Keep customer information confidential and ensure GDPR compliance
β Represent the Toyota brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and care in your role as Host
What Weβre Looking For:
β Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or reception, or previous experience
β A professional, confident, and welcoming manner
β Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience who is looking to step into the automotive industry. While no previous automotive experience is required, you must be confident acting as a central Host presence in a busy, premium showroom.
