- Support the day‑to‑day running of the front‑of‑house aftersales operation, ensuring an efficient and professional customer journey

- Help manage customer queries and complaints while working closely with the workshop to ensure smooth workflow and strong service standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in a main dealer aftersales environment, ideally with a strong background as a Service Advisor
- Confident in supporting and guiding a front‑of‑house team while delivering excellent customer service and handling escalated queries
- A full UK driving licence is required
