We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor, Automotive Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor to join a smaller independent automotive business in Chertsey. Applicants must have strong automotive technical knowledge, including the ability to prepare accurate repair estimates, alongside experience across customer service, Aftersales and workshop coordination. Main dealership and independent garage backgrounds will both be considered. A Full UK Driving Licence is preferred but not essential, and applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

Salary: Up to Β£38,000 basic
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00amβ6:00pm, No Weekends

- Explain repair requirements, costs and vehicle progress clearly
- Source and order parts and complete related administration
- Coordinate workshop activity and monitor work in progress
- Support workshop control and allocate work where required
- Complete service and estimating administration using the DGS system
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Automotive Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or similar
- Strong automotive technical knowledge β essential
- Confidence preparing accurate service and repair estimates
- Good understanding of automotive parts and workshop processes
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage a broad workload within a smaller team
- Main dealership or independent garage experience will be considered
- Full UK Driving Licence is preferred but not essential
- Right to work in the UK
